Muli Shani Fam,
Long time, long time since I wrote to y'all last year. 🤣🤣🤣 Y'all I don't even remember when I last wrote, but AYEEE new year -> new me.
So long story short, I am now approaching 7 months on mission this month. YOHHH that went by fast. Mission has been LIFE-CHANGING in the most challenging, yet best way possible. 🙏🏽
My first two transfers I was in Libala Zone, third transfer in Ndola Zone, my fourth and fifth (the transfer I'm currently in) I've been in Kitwe Zone. I've mostly been in every zone that my mission has in Zambia, besides one and that's Lusaka Zone. My mission president says I'll be here in Kitwe for the next 3-4 transfers so ayeee eskedittt. I can't complain because this area I'm in, Kawama, has been my favorite. I love the people, the members, everything. Don't get me wrong, I still get called azungu and Chinese by everybody and they mama, sometimes people are rude, but the work continues and .... Haters inspire me 🤣 nah jkjk because somwtimes my hands be ready to swingggg but I love Jesus and Jesus loves everybody so I'm trying to be like Him and love everyone too. Periodt. 🫡😊
All in all, mission has been mission-ing. I don't know where to begin. But what I can share is how grateful I am for the restoration of the fulness of the gospel of Jesus Christ and His church back on this Earth today. All the truth we know and all the blessings we can receive because of these truths, is truly amazing. 🙏🏽 I invite us all to read the Bicentennial Restoration Proclamation given from our Prophet, President Nelson, and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. Let us act upon the invitation they give us at the end. As we do this, I know our capacity to understand why the restoration was necessary will grow as well as our gratitude for the prophet Joseph Smith and his First Vision account. We live in a very JOYOUS time to have the same church and same gospel that Jesus Christ himself established, during His earthly ministry, restored back on this Earth today. ♥️🙏🏽 Let us not take this for granted, ever.
Peace and blessings y'all. Let's see if I keep up this email writing Shani Shani 🤣

Keep eatinggg 😅. My compa is across from me in this picture, Sister Phiri from Zambia 🇿🇲. And the other sisters we lived with: Sister Tu'itavake from Tonga 🇹🇴 & Sister Duverge from Mauritius 🇲🇺
Mission Tour Tingz 😎 We had in November 2024 with Elder Godoy, President of the South Africa Area Presidency. We had all the missionaries in our mission from Zambia & Malawi together for this event.

After my 3rd transfer (Ndola Zone) I was transferred to Kitwe Zone and was called to be a Trainer. The new missionaries who come in are in training for their first 2 transfers. So Sister Ncube from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 was my first "daughter" here on mission. I finished her training. This girl is truly something else 🤣 Can talk for dayssss and is funny and most times out of pocket. But I love her love for this work and she was the best first born in the wilderness to have ♥️
My second born in the wilderness 🤣 So, I'm still a trainer this transfer and this is my second "daughter," Sister Bindanda from Democratic Republic of Congo 🇨🇩. Her first language is French so she is still learning English but yohhh she sounds fluent to me lol. Her English lowkey better than mine ahaha. She's the opposite of my first daughter as she is more quiet but when you get her talking....yeah she can talk 😅 She's powerful and I love her determination in hastening the Lord's work. 💪🏼
Sister Fakaosiula ❤️ This her first transfer here on mission. She's from Salt Lake City and we related from the Wolfgramm side 🇹🇴 Her great grandma, Ma'ata, and my great grandpa, Iohani, are siblings.
Kawama Sisters. 💖
Sister Johanson from Colorado 🇺🇸, Sister Antwi from Ghana 🇬🇭, Sister Bindanda from DRC 🇨🇩, Sister Namuwanga from Uganda 🇺🇬, and Sister Ncube from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼.
This was at our Zone's Christmas Zone Conference 😊
Sister Moyo 🫶🏽 The wife of our mission president. I love her! Yohhhh this woman is powerful and she don't mess around 💯🤣
Our "Light The World" service project we had for all the branches in Kitwe Zone. It was fun working alongside our powerful members. The picture below is all us missionaries in Kitwe Zone. 😁
Y'ALL this was on Christmas Eve and it was one of the longest days of my life. I looked ratchet the whole day ahahaha... My companion wasn't feeling well so we went to the medical center. She was put on a flight back to Lusaka after her doctor's appointment because they said she had severe Malaria and our mission president's wife dont play around and wanted her back in Lusaka since the hospitals are better there. But guess what, after she went to the doctors in Lusaka they said SHE DON'T EVEN GOT MALARIA.🤣 Anyways, this picture was after we had to drop my compa off at the airport to fly to Lusaka. Me and the senior couple missionaries (The Allreds from Arizona) went kaipo 😎🤣 They said this is their favorite hiding spot that they don't tell any other missionaries ahahaha. It was nice being with them that Christmas Eve night and talking stories while we ate.
Cuz I looked ratchet in the last pic and need yall to know I'm actually cute so let me end with this one. Idk why the other Sisters were blurred 🤷🏽♀️ prolly cuz I'm too cute. Who knows? 🤣🤣🤣 I kid, I kid. HAPPY NEW YEAR errybody. Yeah fa.
