I had a ton of veggies in my frig and I needed to use it before it goes bad. Realizing what I had, it was obvious that I needed to make stir-fry for dinner. Thank goodness I had smoked  sausage chilling in the frig. So I got that bad boy out and make a yummy meal with it. It don't much to make stir-fry as long as you have veggies and any kind of meat, you are golden. Cutting the veggies was simple enough to do. There was carrots, celery, potatoes, onions, zucchini, tomatoes, green beans and garlic as my veggies that was cut. Made a pot of white rice while the veggies was cooking. Added the cut sausage and let that cook with the veggies until it was well done. I made sure to add a few seasoning for taste. Boom! Everything is cooked and rqdy to it. This is like a 20 minute or less kind of meal. If cooking isn't your thing, it's all good. Cause it ain't for me but we gotta eat right? Hehehh. Anyways have a splendid day everyone and be safe!

This past Sunday, August 25, my niece Natalia was visiting with us and asked if I could take a few portrait head shots of her to submit for an application she needed. I was surprised when she asked since its been forevers since I've taken photos of her. She explained to me that she couldn't take a selfie and needed a professional photo of herself. I agreed and let's just say I got carried away with the whole head shots. We just had fun taken random portraits of her while I had the opportunity to do so. And I say she is a natural. Even though she may not like how she looks, but to me she will always be my wonderful and beautiful model. She was my muse when I use to taken photos for fun and for school. Thank you Natalia for being a trooper in allowing you silly old aunty in taking photos of you. Fun times making fond memories.

There was spaghetti sauce left and I didn't want it to go to waste, so I made goulash for a late dinner.

we had a ton a bread that is going a bit stale and I made bread pudding for the first time ever. I must say it turned out nice and yummy. Mika actually finished it up, now that is a first. hehehe

The fall season is slowly entering in this year and I am liking these nice days with a cooler vibe. I went to our shift's preparation meeting and President Riches presided the meeting. He talked about the importance of us being here in the temple and working diligently every week. Towards the end of our meeting, he bestowed upon us sisters a blessing. Which was a bit surprising since we received one a few months ago. The blessing from the Temple presidency was powerful and beautiful. When I get the email of that blessing I will share it. But for now I'm going to enjoy remembering it in my heart.
(Scroll down to read the blessing)

This hymn message stood out to me during preparation meeting. It is found on page 82, 14, and 131 of the hymn book.

For All the Saints (#82)

For all the Saints who from their labors rest,

Who thee by faith before the world confessed,

Thy name, O Jesus, be forever blest.

Alleluia, Alleluia.

Oh, may thy soldiers, faithful, true, and bold,

Fight as the Saints who nobly fought of old,

And win with them the victor’s crown of gold.

Alleluia, Alleluia.

Thou art our rock, our fortress, and our might;

Thou, Lord, our captain in the well-fought fight;

Thou, in the darkness drear, our one true light.

Alleluia, Alleluia.

And when the strife is fierce, the warfare long,

Steals on the ear the distant triumph song,

And hearts are brave again, and arms are strong.

Alleluia, Alleluia.

From earth’s wide bounds, from ocean’s farthest coast,

Through gates of pearl streams in the countless host,

Singing to Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

Alleluia, Alleluia.

Sweet is the Peace the Gospel brings (#14)

Sweet is the peace the gospel brings

To seeking minds and true.

With light refulgent on its wings,

It clears the human view.

Its laws and precepts are divine

And show a Father’s care.

Transcendent love and mercy shine

In each injunction there.

Faithless tradition flees its pow’r,

And unbelief gives way.

The gloomy clouds, which used to low’r,

Submit to reason’s sway.

May we who know the sacred Name

From every sin depart.

Then will the Spirit’s constant flame

Preserve us pure in heart.

Ere long the tempter’s power will cease,

And sin no more annoy,

No wrangling sects disturb our peace,

Or mar our heartfelt joy.

That which we have in part received

Will be in part no more,

For he in whom we all believe

To us will all restore.

In patience, then, let us possess

Our souls till he appear.

On to our mark of calling press;

Redemption draweth near.

More Holiness Gives Me (#131)

More holiness give me,

More strivings within,

More patience in suff’ring,

More sorrow for sin,

More faith in my Savior,

More sense of his care,

More joy in his service,

More purpose in prayer.

More gratitude give me,

More trust in the Lord,

More pride in his glory,

More hope in his word,

More tears for his sorrows,

More pain at his grief,

More meekness in trial,

More praise for relief.

More purity give me,

More strength to o’ercome,

More freedom from earth-stains,

More longing for home.

More fit for the kingdom,

More used would I be,

More blessed and holy—

More, Savior, like thee.

Felt inspired to read the scriptures to hear from the Lord and this is what he lead me to read.

Temple Presidency Blessing

As a temple presidency, we wish to give the following blessing to each of you and your families:

• We bless you to receive a sure knowledge that:

• Under the direction of the Father, Jesus Christ created this earth,

• The fall of Adam brought temporal and spiritual death into the world, and

 • The atonement of Jesus Christ ransomed man from these two deaths by bringing to
pass the immortality and eternal life of man.

• We bless you with the energy, strength, health, and protection necessary to carry out your significant responsibilities.

• We bless you with the ability to feel of the Savior’s love and to share that love with the
patrons and co-workers.

• We bless you that you will feel the Savior’s presence, not only in the house of the Lord,
but whenever you may need to call upon His holy name.

• We bless you that your consecrated service in the house of the Lord will bring peace to
your heart and mind and will result in blessings in all aspects of your life and the life of your family.

Maikeli, it's Uncle Mika. Man you got me crying over here just when you shared the story of Grandma Salote. I felt the spirit so strong and it testified to me that she was there with you. You're standing on the grounds that our ancestors stood and without them you wouldn't be here. It's such a blessing to know that without the faith they had on those islands and coming from such humble beginnings we are able to be blessed where we are in America. Being there truly puts it all into perspective. I hope you get the chance to go to Va'vau so you can see the birthplace of your grandpa. Your grandpa is with you and loves you very much, keep on moving Maikeli, and walk with faith. Trust in the Lord and then stand back and watch the miracles!!!

Love you Nephew! Si' oto Ofa!

 FAM,

Each week I be fighting demons to write these emails because writing emails ain't it. If anything, I wouldn't even be updating anybody till I come back home. 🤣🤣🤣

Anyways, this past week was good. The good work continues and we were able to baptize another one of our friends. 😊 His name is Chawela and he is a good friend to one of the YSA members in our ward, Cephas. Cephas was able to baptize Chawela and it was a great day. Tbh, I thought Chawela was one of the most unserious dudes ever because this dude would always be laughing everytime we taught him which pissed me off and I was ready to drop him ☠️ However, the Lord's will for His children who are desirous to make covenants with him, will always happen in His timing. 🙏🏽 Chawela got serious over time and it's truly a blessing to see our friends get, and want to be, baptized.

Anyways, love yall fam. Mission is good, life is good, and God is always good. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, who because of His Atonement and love for us, helps us to become as perfect and good as we can be in this life. Keep reading the Book of Mormon everyday and ministering to others. Yeah fa. ❤️

Polaroid pic we took of us with Chawela (next to me) and Cephas (next to Sister Katoa). They were like, "Sisters, do you even love us?! You can't even see us." 🥲☠️🤣🤣

Chawela in the middle and Cephas next to Sister Katoa. Prosper (who is next to me) is one of our other YSA ward members. He is powerful. They are all powerful 🙏🏽

One of our other ward YSA members, A-A-RON. 😂 Our members are so cool 😎 Lots of our YSA are the only members in their families, and are the most committed, dedicated members. They're such great examples to me.❤️

Zambia's statue representing their past and their journey to independence? I think that's what the person said...I can't remember. But it was a cool statue.

Zone Conference Tingz 😁

CFM Aug 26 - Sep 1 Lesson

Malolelei kainga ofeina! Mou fefe hake? The past 2 weeks have been really busy. Busy out here means really good so yea great past 2 weeks. So much I could write about but I'm gonna try and keep it short! These past couple weeks me and Aiono have been fasting praying with all our might to get just one person baptized on this island. This past weekend was a huge answer to our prayers and one of the times I've felt the Lord so closely in hearing my prayers. Our members had told us its been over four years since the missionaries have had a baptism here in Felemea. Last week we fasted that one of the people we've taught before would be baptized. I had faith the Lord would provide one to come to the gate of baptism. We not only found one that accepted the invatation to be baptized but two people!! One in both Villages Uiha and Felemea!! This was more than just an answer to our prayers but a huge blessing. Saturday we had a beautiful baptism for a boy named Una in Felemea. I havent had a baptism since my first area and this was Elder Aionos first on the mission. Sunday during our ward conference I had the opportunity to confirm Una a member and give him the Holy Ghost. I truly have never felt the spirit stronger. My words were all guided from the Holy Ghost. After we had a big feast and maan some of the best food I've had on the mission 🤤.

We had the opportunity to baptize Vai
yesterday and it was such a great baptism. There was lots of work put in to this baptism. We put a lot into this one and I would do all over again if I had to! We were able to teach Vai and after getting approval from her parents to baptize her I have never seen anyone this happy about baptism!! She was jumping up and down, with a huge smile on her face, screaming like it was Christmas morning!! This brought me and Elder Aiono so much Joy. This is the "Higher Joy" that Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf is talking about!!
"The gospel of Jesus Christ is truly the “good news of great joy”! It is a message of matchless hope! A message of yoke-bearing and burden-lifting. Of light-gathering. Of heavenly favor, higher understanding, holier covenants, eternal security, and everlasting glory!"
10 Now I say unto you, if this be the desire of your hearts, what have you against being baptized in the name of the Lord, as a witness before him that ye have entered into a covenant with him, that ye will serve him and keep his commandments, that he may pour out his Spirit more abundantly upon you? 11 And now when the people had heard these words, they clapped their hands for joy, and exclaimed: This is the desire of our hearts.
"Vai" is a huge example of faith to me and my companion. She has a beautiful testimony of our Savior and this gospel❤️

Everyday feels more and more like home here. Its crazy some of the members here treat us better then their own sons. I count the blessing to be here every morning and night. Miss and love you all - Elder Wolfgramm 🇹🇴

Today the Bishop taught our youth in Sunday school and it was a wonderful lesson and turnout. He talked about the Army of Heleman and the 2,000 stripling warriors. Such faith and dedication to protect loved ones is a fantastic story I did enjoy whenever I read this part of the Book of Mormon. We also watched the new Book of Mormon series about the stripling warriors and it was the one with Mika in it. A few of the leaders and the kids was shocked to see him in it. Overall the lesson was awesome and it will help them get ready for school and being strong in faith during the school year.

Natalia and I went to the Taylorsville Utah Temple to do an Endowment session since there was a new update that made the session a bit shorter. Also it's been a while since Talia did a session since the other change. It was a beautiful and simple session that she did enjoyed. It was a sunny afternoon , as you. An tell from us squinting so hard because of the sun in our face. Make time to find peace in your life. I am grateful for my loved ones and our little moment we share with each other. Thanks Talia for joining me today!!

Driving on the I-80 east bound to get onto the I- 215 south to go home. Took Anessa to the airport this morning since she was flying to Minnesota for the quick trip with her mom, Liz & sisters. It was a early flight but it was nice to be up this early for once. I can't to go back to sleep and pick up Talia for the weekend. She's not going to Minnesota with her mom and sisters Faith & Jj. So she wanted to hang out with Me & Mika. Here we gooooooo!

Shela taught a wonderful lesson on the Old Young women values that can have great effect in the girls lives. She taught the scriptures tied into the values and colors. Then she ended with showing them how to make a cute hand made bracelet with fishing hooks and wires. Then she gave them a YW theme coloring book.
