A yummy and simple meal for a winter, snowed in kind of day. This meal totally hit the spot. Happy eating everyone!
Mika was craving a light soup type of meal and thank goodness that I had some Trader Joe's Tomato soup laying around. So I whipped it up and made some grilled cheese sandwiches to go with it. A yummy simple meal.
