Received a text from my Dad's friend letting me know that my dad was in the hospital. What had happened was, Dad was helping a friend at his parents house to change the window screen and as he was going down the latter, Dad slipped and fell on his back. His friend found him on the ground and called 911. Now Dad is in the hospital with a broken shoulder bone and tons of bruises. So I had my dad's friend text me when my dad is in his room after the surgery that I may talk with him. These kind of moments I don't like dealing with, but it is something that happens. Prayers for my Dad please!
