Oh my goodness what a spiritual blessing to hear the many great words this afternoon. Its no greater time to hear what is needed for us to spiritually grow strong. 12 new temples announce and that we need to repent to enjoy the blessings of the Temple in our lives. I can't express how grateful I am to be alive and well today. I love and sustain my beloved prophet Russell M. Neilson and the 12 apostles with all me heart.

* Remember that the name of Jesus Christ is the key to our happiness and blessings.

 What a wonderful time to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. The powerful messages given from men and women of God has greatly change my life and what it will be a blessing in the future. It's really important to stand firm and grow in faith in Jesus Christ. No matter how hard things and situations can be, we need to be careful how we react to it. The Lord has greatly shown unto us what we can be a great force of good to everyone we come in contact with. The biggest thing that we can express is to be a Light and good influence. Love. Believe. Do. Do it for yourself and not for everyone else.

* Over coming the pain of death and that its through the Atonement of Jesus Christ

*Recognizing our self worth and be firm in the gospel.

*Ministering to our family, friends and others around the world with great faith and love.

* Know and learn our true purpose of the gospel.

*Things happen for a reason and its our duty to be steadfast in the gospel of Jesus Christ.

*Remember the importance of the name of our Church and correct it by goodness of heart.

I'm feeling overwhelmed with spiritual enlightenment from the Prophets and leaders of this amazing church of Jesus Christ. I can't express the amount of gratitude to the wonderful examples of Women and Men in my life that helped shaped my life in the gospel of Jesus Christ.  The Holy Spirit touched my heart and mind in knowing how much we must use our God giving talent to the building of his church in these latter days. I pray and hope that I can fulfill the Lords purpose in this life in any ways he guide me daily.

Highlights of tonights Women session:

• Undergo a 10-day social media fast and eliminate media that brings negative and impure thoughts.
• Read the Book of Mormon before the end of the year.
• Establish a pattern of regular temple attendance.
• For those of appropriate age, participate fully in Relief Society — the church’s organization for women 18 and older.

 President Dallin H. Oaks counseled the young women on two main items: cellphone use and kindness. He urged young women not to spend too much time on their phones, and to be kind to others. Small actions of unkindness can have devastating consequences, he said.

President Henry B. Eyring, second counselor in the church’s First Presidency, reminded members of the church that God would accelerate His work and pour out knowledge on the members of His church in the “last days.” God made it clear that “the daughters of Heavenly Father will play a primary role in that acceleration.

Sister Cristina B. Franco, second counselor in the Primary general presidency, spoke of the importance of selfless sacrifice and service.

Sister Michelle Lynn Craig, first counselor in the Young Women general presidency, encouraged the women of the church to “live and care in a higher and holier way.” Oftentimes, women in the church will feel that they can do and be more than what they already are. Craig said this is called “divine discontent.”

Sister Joy D. Jones, general president of the Primary of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, spoke of service and the importance of knowing who and why one serves. Doing so, she said, helps one to understand “the highest manifestation of love is devotion to God.”

Amazing words from Men called from God. I know its not an easy thing to watch and listen to spiritual for hours but for me, its a blessing and worth the listen. So many thoughts and feelings came over me when I was writing my thoughts about the afternoon session of General Conference in my journal. And I knew that its important to me to notate what I need in my life and for my future posterity. We sometimes forget the importance of specific things we see or hear is to strengthen our mind and souls. I want to do my best to over come many issues, trails and weakness that I have so I can be a tool of goodness in the Lords work and purpose. I can't stress this enough how we need the Lord in our lives. We are not all meant to be knowledgeable, creative, wise, talented or beautiful to be the Lords servant in his cause. We must all do our best to be in tune with the Holy Spirit. The Spirit will lead us to do right and better in our lives. I can testify on the workings of the Holy Spirit. It has manifested many wonderful and insightful things to help my life and others. He heals, mends, and strengthen us all, if we but COME UNTO HIM. There are so many things I wish I was good at, but I was meant to do what I was suppose to do...be a Light to all! I hope to continue to be that light in any way that the Lord leads me to do or to be at. I'm very excited to hear the wonderful words of our amazing women in our General leaderships of the church.

*If we remain firm and steadfast in our Faith in Jesus Christ...come what may...we will be so converted that it can not be undone.

*Seek the Lord's help in loving others as He loved you.

*Attempt to be creative even if the results are modest.

*Faith and Compassion can encourage us to remember perfection is in Christ, not in ourselves or in the perfectionism of the world.

What a wonderful morning of great spiritual message given from our beloved Prophet Russell M. Nelson. Changes that will take affect ASAP to enforced Home Centered Church, balancing church and home bonding in teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. I'm over joyed with the news. It has enlighten my heart, mind and spirit to know what's important for each of us to structure a Christ centered lives. Every moment of General Conference this morning had me at high alert to focus more on my family and my nieces and nephews. I don't know why I thought of them, but I know that these things of worry and urgency to strengthen myself in mind and body to help be a great influence of good towards them. Everything that has happened in my life thus far has lead me to do my utmost best to follow the Saviors examples and live my life worthy to receive personal revelation from God to know what to do in my life, my marriage and for my family. 

No matter where we are spiritually, we can come close and build our strength in God. We cant do everything by ourselves. We need him more than we know. As I continue focusing on the wonderful talks during this part of session, reflecting on gospel truths, principles, examples, the teachings and members, we need to be better to not go beyond the mark of knowledge of church history and men's interpretations of truths. However we learn or interpret things of truth, we must ALWAYS go to the Lord in humble prayer to know whats true or false. Spirituality is IMPORTANT in growing and learning truth from error. I love that each talk describe whats needed of each of us as God's children, to share, do and experience each day through FAITH, HOPE & CHARITY in Jesus Christ daily. We don't have to be perfect to PRAY. We don't have to be perfect to go to CHURCH. We don't have to be perfect to have a TESTIMONY of Jesus Christ. We don't have to be perfect in FAITH in Jesus Christ. But we should strive to be PERFECT in our LOVE in JESUS CHRIST & the HOLY SPIRIT. Let the Holy Spirit guide each of us to be ONE in HIM and with our family, friends and the world. I pray that we can continue to strive to be better than we were yesterday.

“The Sunday meeting schedule will be adjusted in the following ways, beginning in January 2019,” Elder Cook said. “The Sunday Church meetings will consist of a 60-minute sacrament meeting each Sunday, focused on the Savior, the ordinance of the sacrament, and spiritual messages. After time for transition to classes, Church members will attend a 50-minute class that will alternate each Sunday. Sunday School will be held on the first and third Sundays. Priesthood quorums, Relief Society, and Young Women meetings will be held on the second and fourth Sundays. Meetings on the fifth Sunday will be under the direction of the bishop. Primary will be held each week during this same 50-minute period and will include singing time and classes.”
