Ever since I could remember, Almond Roca was a sweet treat that my Mom would snack on during the Holidays, her birthday and when its some special occasion. Now that I am older, I am starting to crave for it more often then usual. Eating it makes me have a big ole smile inside because I am thinking about my Mom and the fond memories I have of her snacking on it.
