It was a wonderful Christmas for my nephew in Guam and his family in Arizona.
Elder Grant Wolfgramm video called his family today and it was a jolly moment for them. I'm very happy that everything is going well for him and for his family. Moments like these are precious. Continue to serve with diligence and faith, Elder Wolfgramm! We love and miss you!!

This birthday was a great surprise for me from my husband. It's been years since I had a nice surprise from him that didn't end up bad. lol But I'm truly thankful and grateful in his efforts. Thanks sweetheart for making my birthday very special, especially including my sister Juanita to join me in the festivity. I've experience a wonderful spa treatment at The Spa Lounge in draper. My sister and I enjoyed it well and then some. We had an 1 hour body massage and a pedicure. It was so relaxing that it almost felt unreal. Let's just say that it's been almost 20 years since I've had a good massage from someone who actually knows what they are doing. After the great experience from the Spa, my husband blind folded me and took me to the Hilton Hotel in Downtown Salt Lake for a night getaway. Thanks to his little sister Tiare who hooked us up, I was super surprise to see flowers, cake, edible fruits and cider with the hotel robes laid out pretty on the bed. So romantic! I was smiling from ear to ear when I took off the blind fold. We chilled and hangout in the hotel room with my sister and waited to go eat out at Rodizzio grill at Trolley Square in Salt Lake. I was so relaxed that I even took a nap while we waited for our reservations. Now that I was rested, we went to eat dinner and had a fabulous meal. Chit chatted with one another and just admire the good food and mellow ambience. Soon the night was coming to a close and I said good bye to my sister and thanked her for celebrating my birthday with me. This day felt like we celebrated our birthdays together like when we were little. My husband Mika and I went to the hotel and just relaxed and rested till the next morning. I was too tired to do any other celebration. It was a very long and fun day. Morning came and we were lucky to have a voucher to eat free breakfast down at the restaurant or eat free snacks at the sky lounge upstairs for the VIP's. Well I was hungry and I wanted a good hardy meal. So we headed downstairs and ate breakfast at Trofi their main cafe. The food was yummy and it was one of the best buffet i've tried in a long time. I'm so happy that this birthday was a success and I hope my husband knows that he needs to keep it up every year to top this one. Naw just kidding. Thank you so much Mika for going above and beyond for me birthday. You know I'm just as simple as you when it comes to these personal celebrations, but its also good to experience a fabulous one every once in awhile.

What a perfect day for a beautiful baby blessing. Family and friends came to support and show their love for my little name sake Ava Ellie Jay Villamor. Seeing her older siblings, Kanani and Kekona from Virginia, visiting their dad Chris, their step mom, my niece, Olimpia, their grand parents (Chris's parents) Robin & Rose, Uncle Chaz and Aunty Chelsey. A joy it was having them around celebrating a special occasion in our religion with us and having a great time eating good food with good company. Ava was blessed by her grandfather Pete (Kelo), joining him was uncle Junior (Haunga) Feinga, uncle Mika Wolfgramm, Shane Heath (Family friend) and Bishop Te'o. It was a blessing of pure love, hope, faith and joy. She's a lucky little girl who has men in her life that will be a great guiding light of Christ, men of great influence and protection. Just being in the same room with my grand niece made me feel proud and happy. She has so much love surrounding her and I'm forever grateful to have been a part of her life as she grows up.

"Yor yai yaing!" There is my pictures! Lol anyways how is everyone this week! I hope the Christmas is strong with you all this Christmas season! I love and miss yallz but I know this is where I need to be of course! Once again I really like these languages and learning them is lots of fun I make plenty mistakes and sometimes accidentally say a bad word or two but hey its all worth it haha! The other night we were teaching some of our recent converts and the father was joking with his kids in Ulithian and than I look at him and say "Meda mela ho ka ma mal iyang?" and they all just start dying of laughter for like three minutes and wow it was great I loved it and if your wondering what that means it means "What is the purpose of you being funny?" I felt like taking some Autumn photos of my nieces using my mobile phone, which is a Nokia Lumia 1020. Its a few years old but I love taking photos with it cause its a 41 mega pixel camera and its awesome. I don't own a DSLR camera, so I just use what I have. Honestly, I know from a photographer stand point I made tons of mistakes taking these photos, but this is part of my development in learning, growing and failing in photography. The more I learn from my mistake the better I will become. My beautiful nieces did a fabulous job in these shots. Its not easy to let loose when someone else is taking your photos...but we managed to have fun as we went through the day. Eventually my editing skills will improve, but as for right now this is what ended up being. Progression in photography will happen eventually. Time will tell!
