It's one of those days when you wake up super late from a long nap and need to make dinner. Well for Mika and I, we went to the store to buy some things needed. Tonight for dinner, Mika made his chili. I don't care much for chili but I don't eating this meal. A great meal to have on a cold, rainy night. Eating the chili with rice is a nice combo to me. Some may like it without rice, but I prefer it because it makes the chili more fulfilling to me. All I can say is that this chili meal is full of variety of beans and tons of meat. I don't know the recipe, but when I do, I will post it. Until then, Happy eating everyone!
