My big sister has always been my best friend ever since we were little. She would always protect me and my brother henry whenever anyone tried to mess with us on the play ground or school. She may be intimidating but she's a softy. A gentle spirit with a hard core interior! i love my sister she is awesome in every way! Miss you and luv ya sis! Happy 21st Birthday Nita!
Ok I'm closer to being an adult but who am I kidding, I'm living like one here in Virginia. Nothing great or fabulous but I'm making the best of it. I'm going to visit Mika in Orlando for my birthday and I'm very excited. I can't wait to be with someone I care for on my special day. Well anyways Happy 20th birthday to me!! heheh
It's never an easy thing moving from place to place and staring all over again due to unexpected reasons. So far life has been a roller coaster and it seems like it will never end. I'm really not sure what I need to do because I've been doing so much to change the outcome of living with people. I pray that one day when I'm married and have a bunch of babies, that I have things figured out, cause damn I feel so lost sometimes that I just want to give up. Lord take the wheel cause I'm just over it. I hope there is light at the end of this dark & horrible tunnel!
Well I'm glad that I have the gospel cause I would of been a horrible tragedy. The missionaries are the biggest joy and blessing in my life. I'm forever thankful that the Lord didn't gave up on me and send these angels into my life. The Lords Light is brightening my soul and I'm finally finding purpose. God is Good.
He's been my best friend for about 4 years now and I've been through a lot with him that he's more precious to me than any other. We've seen the good, bad and the ugly. What friend can say they've seen it all and been through it all with you? Not much, but I know that this interesting guy name Mika made things more fun in my life. Thanks for your friendship and unconditional love you've shown me for these past few years. Please stay safe and enjoy your birthday. Luv ya dude!
Happy Birthday Mika!
The storm has past and everything has been such a mess and it totally crazy! This morning, I woke up around 6:45am by Jeff's drilling on the boards near my bedroom window. Looking everywhere outside of the house and around our neighborhood, were tons of debris and junk all over the place. So my Dad and I went to look for any stores that may be open so we can get a few things or just to know whats open for any type of emergencies. We were lucky to find that Farm Fresh near us was opened. We got a few things and we came back to the house for breakfast. So far today has been a bit slow, but what do up expect when a hurricane hits your area and nothing else to do. But hey its life and its all good. I'm used to it. Later today I helped clean up our yard and a few neighbors yards of debris. Seeing how things are looking, I hope that it gets better for the next few days. We will see. As for me, I need to be strong and faithful in whats to come. It's never easy to deal with life's obstacles but I know with faith and perseverance anything is possible. Well I'll be signing off right now since I got other things to do. Talk to ya laters.

*My batteries are low and my wire is not working well...ugh I hope I can make it through the day!?!
This is the day when a major hurricane called Isabel came to the coast of North Carolina all the way to Virginia. All the other coast has been evacuated and have been effected by the walls of the hurricane. I'm not scared at all by this devastated weather. Just hoping and praying that nothing goes wrong here at the house. By doing my church work and preparing for the worst, I know that I'll be protected by my beloved Father in Heaven and my Savior, brother and friend, Jesus Christ. With faith and true testimony I know that the Lord will protect me and help me be strong for myself and those around me. This has been difficult to take but this is for the best. But before everything went out, we were all making last minute preparations for any mishaps. Also we had to make sure there is enough supplies for everyone for at least 3-5 days. I got up at 8:10am hearing all the commotion from everyone making food and cleaning up. So I got up and cleaned up my mess, got ready, freshened up and got all my stuff prepared for the hurricane. Everything was boarded up and ready. I was ready to be hit by the storm. I'd made sure I called Mika and my Mom before all communications be lost. I made sure that I ate breakfast which was scrambles eggs and sausage. After that I began to prepare my Sunday school lesson just to let time pass. Now I'm just relaxing as the storm begins to make her pathway her to Virginia. The winds are between 45-60 mph as the news reporter announced it just a few moments ago. I'm glad to have the true gospel in my life. As I pray for protection by myself, I realized that the faith of Mika, my Mom and family back in Hawaii, will keep me strong and protected with the help of the Holy Spirit. As we put our trust in the Lord we can over come obstacles, be protected and guided throughout our lives. Well the winds are picking up right now and I'm going to focus on other things to keep myself busy throughout this storm. I'll fill you in with more scoops later on my boring adventures here in Virginia Beach, VA during hurricane Isabel threat. I love you!

** I reread my patriarchal blessing to Dad. I hoped he enjoy that as much as I did. May it guide him back to the Lord!
I've received my patriarchal blessing today by Brother Dlls. It was a marvelous experience I've ever felt. This all happened in Virginia Beach, VA. As the day spent on, I've brought my biological father to experience this important blessing. And I'm glad that he came. It's so hard to describe everything that was said but it was spiritually beautiful. All I know that receiving this wonderful blessing will make me a better person now and forever.
I miss you so much and I know I haven't been the best daughter throughout my high school years, but you have been there for me and I love you for that. I may not be there for you in Hawaii, but know that I wish I could spend another day celebrating your birth. I hope Stephen treats you out somewhere fun and exciting. I love you mommy and please be safe! Happy 40th Birthday Mom!
Juanita always find an adventure everywhere that she goes. Living on her own after high school was always her scape goat in dealing with life. So she found a cool job in George Town Tennessee. a rich family that has 5 kids and my sister is a Nanny for the youngest Twins, Liam & Luke. Cute kids but very naughty. They don't listen to my sister cause I guess their upbringing is a spoiled one. Since I've arrived things hasn't been too good for my sister. I've notice that they treated her unkindly and expect her to do the unexpected. She kept her cool and I made sure she did. After the first few days I was there, the twins actually listened to my sister cause I would do what my mom would do, talked to them like adults in a stern tone and voila it worked they behaved. I guess I brought comfort to her cause she's missing home and family. We went to church, visit different parts of Tennessee and fed the Sister Missionaries. I had fun visiting with her, but as always you have to leave and that's something she wasn't looking forward too. She wanted me to stay and live by her, but I had a job and I wasn't too sure if I wanted to start all over again. She understood but I knew that I would see her again. I really enjoyed my visit but life has to go on. I wish you the best of luck sis. Keep pressing forward and keep your faith up. Luv ya...until next time!
Today is a special day for me and my little half sister Cortney. She's getting baptized today by Bishop Powell. It's an emotional and spiritual kind of day because Cortney made that choice for her self. I didn't force her to be a member, she just watched how I went to church and she got interested about it. So within the past few months she learned about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints by the wonder Sisters and Elder Missionaries in the Virginia Beach area. Thanks to their loving support for my little sister and taking her to church with me had a great influence in her that made her choose to be baptized. She also had the support from my Dad and her Mom. Thank you Lord for blessing her life and mines through the Holy Spirit. God is Good. I'm going to be a nervous reck when i have to sing. I haven't sing in a long time and I'm not too keen about it but for my little sis I will. What a great day!! Thank you to theBayside Ward for all the love and support in putting this baptism program and refreshments together for us. Much love and aloha to you all!
I know I'm getting old cause my baby sister is turning 14 years old today and man she's growing up too fast. Just thinking about when I was a Senior in High School and she was in 7th grade I would take her out and eat lunch with her or I would be in one of her class as a Teacher's aid and it was cool to see her work hard to be the best in her class. I miss those days. My baby sister was my little baby whenever I would take her out with my friends. I know I ain't there for you as you grow up but know that I love and miss you so much that I pray to the Lord to forever bless and protect you in your life. You have so much to offer in life and I know you will do well as you get older and find a good career that will bless you and mommy. Happy 14th Birthday Jerica! I love and miss you!

This is my baby, a 1997 Saturn SL2 dark brown car. Best car for me and i'm thankful how and who helped me to get it. This is one of many blessing I know the Lord will help me get in the future. I can't to have fun driving memories with this car. It's not fancy but it suits me and my needs!! Here I go!
