Making my mommies panikeke cause I be craving it...i hope it turns out!?! #familytime

Panikeke (makes 12)
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg1/2 cup milk
water
oil for frying

Heat up your oil over medium heat, then as soon as it starts to get shimmery, turn the heat down low. If you have anything as fancy as a thermometre in your kitchen, heat the oil to somewhere between 320°F and 356°F (160°C to 180°C).

You don't have to wait for your oil to get to temperature before mixing your batter. It'll take you less than five minutes, so go ahead and sift the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add the egg and milk, then mix everything up with enough water to form a thick batter. You know, I want to call this a batter because we're making pancakes, but it's actually more like a wet dough.

My beloved little niece Sariah Salote Wolfgramm was born on August 3 2014, beautiful and healthy. Her family especially her parent Haini and Sarah Wolfram was thrilled to have baby number 12. We as a family was very happy for them. This cute bundle of joy lighten the Wolfram house. For me and a few of the Wolfgramm family here in Utah, didn't had the chance in meeting this adorable girl. About 3 months after she was born, on October 24, little Sariah went back home to our Heavenly Father. A total shock to our family. Our hearts will never be the same. I know that our Heavenly Father has a purpose for each of us. Some things aren't always easy to understand but when we do find out we will greatly appreciate it. We will forever miss her adorable smile and cute face. We love you sweetheart. Families are Forever!!!

The new Asian market on state st and 3300 sour has my favorite drink but much bigger. Totally happy right now!! This market has so many asian and american style food, groceries and much more. There are a few shops, restaurants and bakery. Come out and visit this new Chinatown market.
