Kalua pork and Cabbage with rice
After a nice and simple day at church, I wanted to make a simple meal for lunch/dinner today. So I defrost the pork and made rice. Once the pork was defrosted, I cooked it and added chopped cabbage into it and cooked it for a good 5-8 minutes. You can add extra seasoning for flavor and taste. After all of that is done, serve it with rice and enjoy. It was delicious and fulfilling. Have a wonderful day everyone!
