I don't know the actual name to this simple egg dish, but I call it the hole in one. To make this dish, you cut a hole in the middle of the bread. Add egg in the open center of the bread, add seasoning then let it cook til the egg is done or however you prefer your egg to be cooked. For me I sometimes cook my egg medium well. So it's up to you what you like. This is one of my favorite breakfast to make. I hope you give it a try because it's really yummy.
